Our CentoTri knives are manufactured using tri-metal technology. They consist of three parts (sandwich-style), where only the middle section is soft and flexible. Both cutting edges, however, are made of high-hardened HSS-M2 (18%) material. The edges feature a mirror-polish finish and back-grinding, resulting in a significantly better planing finish and longer tool life.
